Does not work with WP Subdomains (Revisited)

When I have the plugin WP Subdomains (Revisited) turned on and am viewing a subdomain, say sports.msubretort.org instead of http://www.msubretort.org/sports widget logic will not work.
The page id is still the same, but widgets I have excluded with !is_page(14567) show up on the page when they are not supposed to, and widgets that are only supposed to show up on that page is_page(14567)
do not show up.

This only happens when I am viewing a subdomain though. When I go to a page that isn’t associated with a subdomain it works just fine.
