As more words are being added to the glossary, HTML code (like centering and table code) on the page is being displayed on the visible page output as text. When this happens the coding function of these words are nullified and the code no longer works. Is there a way to make the glossary ignore all page coding so that it no longer thinks that php, html, java script is blog text? How can I exclude more tags than just Script, A, H1, H2, H3, PRE, Object?

It appears that wrapping the HTML and other text in this tag: [glossary_exclude] text [/glossary_exclude] appears to be the solution. The HTML behaves appropriately and any other text within the text passage(s) you want to exclude that are also included in your glossary won’t be highlighted, tooltipped, or linked to a glossary page.

The glossary exclude tags solved the issue.
