    Hi,

It’s a planned feature for future versions.

Okay thanks! I reckon you’re a big fan of Dota 2 too? 🙂

I can’t wait for that feature! Thanks for the plugin!

I’ve encountered a problem. Did my w3tc interfere with the widget? It’s not updating current viewer count.

As far as I know, w3tc can interfere with a lot of things. So either adjust caching settings or remove w3tc – WordPress works well enough without caching.
This is unfortunately out of scope of this plugin.

Unfortunately WordPress is not optimized for search engines or user experience without caching. I’m interested in helping address the issue.

Frederick, thanks for the input. A bit overstated about WP as a whole. SEO is dependent on the theme developers and WP on its own does a good part already, except for the performance bit. I find it acceptable, but I don’t deny that it can be optimized further.

Regarding this issue, I think it’s simply caching configured in a way it’s not updating certain information (provided from twitch) often enough (that information comes from options). I’ll get a local set up and will try to play with combination of both plugins. Must admit, I lost hope before trying to set it up for my own sites, where occasionally blank pages of death would occur because of some issues/conflicting plugins and disabling w3tc solved the bit.

Again, really appreciate your willingness to address the particular issue. I’ll try to do some homework on it first though.

Fine, so I hastily omitted the word “fully” in front of the word optimized. Anyway, you can reduce the garbage collection time in your settings.

    Dear Tadas,

First I would like to say that this plugin is awesome! But one thing is missing for me, page per stream:P I would need links on menu linking to my own pages, not to twitch.

Is there any easy way to do this now? I can create pages for each stream separetly but how to link them? I tried “<div onclick=” on stream name but it opens both my page and twitch.tv page 🙁

    Thanks for help:)

    Hi soushibo,

Currently you can only hack it in, e.g. you can replace the link using jQuery. Haven’t tried, but I am sure it works.

I see a lot of people request it, so I’ll implement it and then you won’t need this workaround.
