Limiting the characters per Facebook post which display?

    I am displaying the FBF Facebook feed via a shortcode in a 3-column span of an 1180px Shortcodes grid. Some of the Facebook feed’s posts are very long. So even with only 2 posts displaying, the Facebook feed’s column is much longer than the other social media columns next to it. The FBF feed is also long because it is displaying every picture in the new photo albums; I would prefer to omit the pictures and videos to keep the layout more balanced.

    Is there a way to limit the number of characters that display in this feed? Is there a way to hide media from the feed?
