Page background color

Thank you Andrew Nevins, through you help, I was able to download and activate the background manager on my wordpress site. Thank you.

But I still have some challenges.

I am using the Hero theme and my site is http://www.tochlyteffextz.com

How can I put black background page color on my pages to separate the contents of the pages from the background image; just like the home page.
