    Hello There.

I am trying to use this plugin – WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway.

I have the following versions installed: –

    WordPress: 3.5
    WooCommerce: 1.6.6
WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway: 0.1.6.3

    Problem:
After the plugin is activated, I am unable to see the settings and option page for the plugin under Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payment Gateways.

    There are no errors thrown.

    Would really appreciate your help!

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I’ve just built a new virtual machine – installed new copy of WordPress 3.5, Woocommerce version 1.6.6 & Sagepay Direct 0.1.6.3

I’m able to see and access SagePay Direct in the Payment Gateways section of WooCommerce settings.

I would suggest you initially try deactivating any other plugins.

Failing that let me know what plugins you have and I will try and replicate.

    regards

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for your quick response.

I also checked on a fresh install with the mentioned versions, and it worked fine.

I will check for conflicts with other plugin, and will get back to you if required.

Changing this topic to resolved for now 🙂

    Hi Steve,

I tried deactivating all the plugins and plugins, but no luck. I have a lot of custom plugins and themes.

Also, I am running a WordPress Multisite. Can you please let me know if there are any know issues in running the plugin with MU?

I am trying to setup a network and test the plugin there as well.

    Regards.

    Hi Steve,

I was able to figure out what has happened.

    Old Network Environment:
    1) WordPress MU with domain mapping.
    2) WooCommerce Plugin is network activated in the MU
    3) Activated WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway plugin on one site.
Result – Failed to see any options in WooCommerce Payment Settings

    New Network Environment:
    1) WordPress MU with domain mapping.
    2) WooCommerce plugin is activated separately on each site.
    3) Activated WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway plugin only on one site, where it is needed
Result – Success. Options/ Settings page are available under WooCommerce Payment Settings.

Can you please take a look at this. I really need the architecture as per the old environment.

Thanks a lot in advance for your support.

    Regards,

    Hi Sameer
Little confused you say you want it to work as per old environment – so you want it to fail to see options??

I converted the virtual test site I was using to a multisite. Deactivated all plugins
    Setup domain mapping also
Created 2 sited ‘test’ and ‘test two’
Activated Woocommerce on both sites – no issues
Activated Sagepay plugin on both site – first on ‘test’ site checked that it was working and then on ‘test two’ site that was also working I can see and update settings.

This is how I would expect it to work.

    Best regards,

    Steve

    Hi Steve,

I am sorry to confuse you.

I want it working on the old network, since there are a couple of sites running on MU since a long time. The WooCommerce plugin is ‘Network Activated’ for all the site and the payment gateway is not.

If I network deactivate the WooCommerce plugin from the production site and activate it on every site separately, then there is a pretty good chance that it might break something.

Hence, the issue is that IF WooCommerce is Network Activated, then SagePay plugin does not display the settings page.

    Regards.

    Hi Sameer

The multisite issue should be resolved now – I’ve push out an update 0.1.6.4

Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
