Could you try to deactivate the Jetpack Comment module, and let me know if it helps? You can follow the instructions here to diable the module:

I was having this same issue without resolve, and was on the verge of giving up — and either using the Star Shortcode plugin, or just asking you guys to make a new plugin- lol. Anyways, I too use Jetpack…..
And Jeremy, you were right here (for me anyways). I deactivated the “Comment” module of Jetpack, and that fixed it for me. Thank you so much! 😀

When I have the Jetpack plugin activated, it takes away the ability for reviewers of products on WooCommerce to select the review stars. No other plugin is the culprit, just Jetpack. In addition to losing the review stars on the page, it also states, “Leave a reply” instead of “Leave your review.” Interestingly, I have noticed that if a review is already left, the review formatting is normal on the page.

Any ideas on how to fix this compatibility issue? I am sure that there are many others having it if they utilize WooCommerce.
