Ads above posts?

Hi everyone
I posted this question on the Pinboard site – and got no answer.

I want to offer my clients ads space before the articles in Posts – but dont want it to look like this:

or even on Pages (at the bottom)

http://www.messageboardcreations.com/?page_id=796

I want it to be above the Page/Post title as well the date/time/category thingy – how can I do that and not have it in the text area?
(I am not very good with HTML or CSS and I dont know php)

PS I have adrotate as well as slideshow that I put my ads in.
