Support » Plugin: WP Super Cache » Why I need another plugin to serve cached pages to mobile visitors?

I have a responsive theme, so I serve the same HTML, CSS and js files to all the visitors of my website.

    – Do I really need to check the option to suppport mobile devices?
    – Do I really need one more plugin?
    – Is there any way to configure WP Super Cache to delivery same cached content to all the visitors?

  • You don’t need to check the option for mobile devices – that option is only really relevant if you have a different theme for mobile/non-mobile. If you want the exact same page offered either way, then don’t tick that box.

So just don’t check that box, don’t worry about installing a mobile theme plugin, and WPSC will do the work for you just fine.
