I have the same, copied codes correctly etc but I get an error message, but it only says ‘Tumblr returned an error:’ and after that there’s an empty space.
I read there were some problems with this before but I thought it would be resolved with version 0.8.
Also curious what the solution to this problem is. Thanks in advance!
Hello,
I am also receiving the error: 401 oauth_signature [oovrNX+wNqRg4GevvapwzaKLwRw=] does not match expected value [9+bTQvjIl23FVQuiNlqO2LNBN0g=]
I’ve also checked everything to make sure it matched correctly. If anyone has a resolution it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Hi,
I am also receiving the error: 401 oauth_signature [e+FN4i87Is14SkJOP7hcwpRCjYk=] does not match expected value [2ZP8CfXHaj61SAInJTiwDA+cFX0=]
I also triple checked all of the Oauth values. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please let us know. It seems others are having this problem as well.
Thanks
Christian
If you change your password, then the codes will become invalid. Also, authorizations only last a limited time, they will expire eventually. There are a few other things you can do to cause this as well.
To fix it, basically just use the clear-all-data button and start over with the auth process again to get new codes into the plugin.
Note that the Tumblr Importer is meant for migration, not continuous usage. It’s expected that you’ll import the data into WordPress, then start using WordPress. It won’t work over a long period of time, it’s generally a one-time-import that the plugin is designed for here.
