  • That is perfectly normal and is not an issue that needs fixing 🙂

    There is an option in WP Super Cache’s Advanced setting, which you checked, stating:

    Cache rebuild. Serve a supercache file to anonymous users while a new file is being generated. (Recommended)

    So the files you’re seeing with a .needs-rebuild are exactly that: files marked for the plugin as having been served while a new file is being generated.
