  • I don’t have the answer but MaxCDN customer service is top notch. I would ask them.

    I am getting “Error: Empty Authorization Key.” despite it being present.

    I tried to delete pull zone in MaxCDN panel, to restore default settings, to delete and reinstall W3T Plugin but nothing fix it…

    could someone help us?

    I am getting the same error and am currently chatting with MaxCDN. I’ll let you know what my findings.

    Same error here after updating W3.

    CDN seems to be working though.

    I contacted MaxCDN.

    They logged into my wp-admin and got the CDN to work.

    I’m still getting the ’empty authorization key’-error, but the CDN is working.

    They think it’s a bug.

    After update to new version I am receiving this error:

    A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: You need to select / create a pull zone. Specify it here.

    empty authorization key

    Everything is filled in though and it seems as if the CDN is still serving the files. I will submit a bug submission form. Any fixes out there yet?

    Have several clients as well experiencing the same after updating. Will instruct them to do the same. Thanks for your hard work Frederick!

    cdn still seems to be working as stated by others.

    I have the same error and I have submited a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin. Is there any answer to this yet?
