Should My Website be a Multisite?

Hi everyone,

Currently my link structural looks like this (and I’m not sure if it’s “pretty” by coding standards)

Main Category
-Sub category
-Post 1
-Post 2
-Post 3

-Sub category 2
-Post 1
-Post 2
-Post 3

Main Category 2
-Sub category
-Post 1
-Post 2
-Post 3

-Sub category 2
-Post 1
-Post 2
-Post 3

My question is, is it really ideal to keep making new sub categories like I am doing? The only thing that will not be added are the main categories. As of now, I constantly add 2-3 new sub categories each day. It has gotten me to think, “Is this really sustainable?”

Also, any advice on whether my website should become a multisite in the end from the looks of it?
