WordPress Blog on Google

    Hey all,

    My wordpress blog finally got indexed by google, however, the link to my site that comes up on a google search is to the about page, not the home page. The description appears on the google results, but what do I have to do in order to get the home page to shpw up on a google search? Do I need to insert that validate meta text that google provides in a different section? Thanks for helping a novice out.

    Mine is still not indexed after more than 2 weeks.
    I submitted the URL manually as well.
    i got just one post indexed (probably because i submitted it to digg)
    any help?

    Create a site map (there are WordPress plugins that can do it), open a Google Webmaster Tools account, and have Google index you site based on the site map.
