Local to Multisite sub-directory

    Is there any easy way to duplicate a local site to a Multisite sub-directory?

    Or does anyone know of a plugin that can do this successfully?

    I develop locally and want to move the developed sites under my business site (multisite sub-directory) for clients to see the live site up and running.

    I appreciate any help.
