Cant find Robo Text

Hello,
I never have created a robo text for my site although when I go to google web tools it is showing that I have one blocked url and it is a robo.txt url. The other part that has me nervous it is reporting some things in the robo text that should not be their, I.E. Payday loans.

I have wordfence and Securi Free on the site, have used the one click hardening some time back. Both scans claim nothing is wrong, google web tools reports no malware no other issues other than the blocked link. Shows the site is good, all green check marks.
