Theme display

hi there,

I have had issues with the theme Pinboard and tried to reduce the gap between the header image and social buttons.

After a couple of hours and reading through various forums I think I’ve done it. when I check in incognito Google chrome it works, but in the actual browser it doesn’t (yes i have cleared cookies and history).

in firefox it works too.

I’d just like confirmation and also any help to reduce the gap further.
