Fatal Error with step 3

    I installed WAMP on my Windows and everythign is done as advised by 5mins installation guide but i face the problem in step 3 and get the following error
    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array in c:\wamp\www\blog\wp-admin\upgrade-functions.php on line 705
    can anyone plz help?
