Labels to the left Form displaying incorrectly

I’ve set my form to display with the labels to the left because it made the form look more clean and compact but now there’s a huge gap between the forms “Welcome introduction:” (which is my general contact info) and the actual form.

I know the “Labels Left” option requires 550px width of space to display but I know the page for a fact has enough space to hold that form because I can post 800px photos in it.

When I set the form to “Labels on top” it displays perfectly but as I mentioned I’d like to use the “Label Left” feature.

Hopefully I can get some help…I’ve donated money and emailed the creator a few times but no response.
