How to remove useless Capabilities created by an external Plugin?

Hi,

I was trying to find a translation plugin for my site. So I’ve installed and uninstalled several plugins included “Xili Language”.

Now I have uninstalled the plugin but when I use another Plugin to manage Roles and Capabilities I see that there are still useless data/roles that created by Xili-Language plugin but were not removed when I uninstalled the it. I have gone to my database to check and I see there are “Xili language menu”, “Xili language set” and “Xili language clone tax” in Wp-Database/wp-Option/wp_user_roles.

Any idea to remove the useless Capabilities without harmful to my site?
