Last 17 events disappeared from event list

Help! I am able to create new events but they don’t show in the events list.
Things tried so far:
– updated to the last version of the plugin
– tried to deactivate and activate

I think it is something to do with the filters, cause while looking at the plugin documentation I noticed that I can’t see the Filters as stated here: http://eventespresso.com/wiki/event-overview/
I also tried to choose “Show 100 events” and it still shows only the first 50 (where is it supposed to be the Retrieve button?)

Can somebody help?
