Error with files

Well, i’d installed wordpress yesterday and i reinstalled it today but it still not working and i don’t know what to do about it.
The errors are these:

They usted to appear when i want to change something, like delete posts or add new categories.
I changed the CHMOD of the file (admin-ajax.php) and all the files on the folder (wp-admin) and it didn’t work.
I’ll thank if someone can help me, ’cause i really don’t know what to do now.
