• I am trying to find out if it is possible to force a menubar to not move lower then a defined position on a page. For example I would like a menubar to move with the page if somebody is making a window smaller but if somebody is opening up a page bigger I would like the menubar to not go beyond a set position. Is this possible to do with CSS?

Sounds possible, do you know of a website that does this already to illustrate it?

No, I don’t have an example website but in our website I can tell you what I would like to do. Our website is: http://www.sweetdivaboudoir.com/

The red menu bar on the bottom of the page I don’t want to move below the border of the photo. It can move up when the window gets smaller but not below the photo.

    What do you think?
    Thanks for your help.

Does the menu bar move below the photo at a particular browser size?

I don’t know how to answer that question. I a designing the website on a 27″ inch iMac so you can imagine that I have a lot of real estate. I was thinking that no matter what monitor people are using it just gets locked down.
