Which text code governs blog post text color?

Caution, newbie alert.

I’ve been editing css on my page, and have edited the post text to be white, which is also the same color as my background.
Duh.

Now I can’t figure out how to change it back. Which css command governs the post text? Is it in the .post or p text?
