Add name email box and aweber integration?

First of all – love the wp-topbar! Thanks so much for creating it. Was just wondering if there any way to include a name + email box and integrate it with aweber email? Ideally, if they could input their email addresses within the bar, the subscribe button would send the info to aweber and would automatically take them to a confirmation page.

I have seen this with other bars, but none that display as nicely as yours…btw, I’m a css/php noob, so any suggestions (or code) you could offer would be appreciated.
