Does not work on one of my sites

I have this plug-in on three different websites. It works on two of three. The third (my personal site) is where it doesn’t work.
The only solution that I have found to this problem is to ensure the wp_head and footer tags are in place (which they are). I have disabled the plug-ins that are different than those I have on the other sites.
Any help would be appreciated!
