Retrieving text.

Hi,
My site was recently infected with the php nag trojan, possibly due to keeping old plugins that i’d tried, but never used and never deleted)
I had to take the site down and rebuild it from scratch. I managed to get most of my site back from cached pages, but there is a page I cannot find.
As sods law would have it, its the page with the most text too!

I still have the infected directory. Is there a way retreiving that text?
I’m not sure where to look.
