2.3.1 broken visual editor?

    Hi,

    Hust upgraded to 2.3.1 and now the visual editor doesnt seem to work.
    I can still publish but all my formatting disapear once I publish, things as simple as:
    test1
    test2
    test3

    will be posted as:
    test1 test2 test3

    Something wrong with the 2.3.1 visual editor?
