    And I just found why. The module activation links go to

    admin.php?page=jetpack

    instead of

    options-general.php?page=jetpack

    and the former doesn’t exist.

    That’s really weird. It should work without problem, because I’m using it myself. Please install a role manager and check the capability issues.

    Hello @theonetruebix I just activated custom css and it works for me. I am running WordPress Version 3.6-beta2-24176.
