If you’re using WP’s native nav menus, click on “Screen Options” in the top right corner of the Menus administration screen and make sure that Theme My Login Pages is checked. Then, you will see a list of TML pages available for selection to add to the menu.
FYI: The Login page will automatically change to Log Out when used this way.
I am using the native menu but in the screen options it doesn’t give me any option for Theme my login pages?

What version are you using?
I am using 6.3.6 of TML and 3.5.1 of WP
If you’re using 6.3+, there will be a checkbox to show TML Pages in the Screen Options on the Menus admin screen.
