Edit slider images

    I want to use this theme but I am doing this as a photography portfolio and not a blog of any kind. The only page that will have text for me is the contact page and the references page. Since I will be displaying different types of galleries only, I don’t want the slider to just use the featured images that are selected- I would prefer to choose 5 of my favorite ones if possible. Is there a way to do that?

    I don’t do posts because I don’t blog, so I want to do gallery pages instead and still have those displayed with a feature image on the main page. Is that possible?

    Okay I figured out how to make the slider choose to display from pages instead of posts, but does that still allow my pages to be displayed below like it is on the preview with posts? And also, can I still choose my own images that I want to use in the slider? Say I really like 3 images from a certain gallery, and then 1 from 2 others- is there a way to do that?

    How did you enable the snapshot theme to display Page images on the slider instead of only post images?

    no one ever got back to me so I have been slowly figuring it out.. I went into ‘appearance-home page’ and changed the post loop to choose from pages instead of posts. And I put the pages I wanted shown into a parent so that only those are displayed. Now I deleted the main slider and used a plugin so that I can choose the images for that new slider since I don’t have posts.
