    The simple answer would be that the exact code is what you see in the files…

    We use a wordpress hook called wp_nav_menu_%menu name%_items to add the cart at the end of the menu with %menu name%. If you don’t use such a menu, you have hook into wp_list_pages. We don’t have a canned solution for you unfortunately…
