Installs But Won't Allow Selections to Authentication Scheme or Encryption

    After installing and activating, I went to configure. The install won’t allow me to select either the Authentication Scheme or Encryption setup. I tried in Chrome and Firefox. It looks promising, but this basic functionality is unavailable.
