• Asked them 4 times to give me a refund and to stop making it more complicated than it has to be.

    1. Thay gave me a work around with no refund
    2. They wondered what the issue was still no refund
    3. They wanted to extend my refund to 30 days while trying to fix my issue still no refund
    4. Thold them I wanted the refund immediately, got it eventually.

    “Only” took me 5 days of asking for a refund to get my refund.

    Would have given a higher rating for the app it self, but didn’t like the way they treated my money.

    Update: I increased the review, as they promised to do better!
