Unfortunately the plugin’s results are rather unprofessional looking. Details that need to be tightened:

    Gallery Page
    1. The photos aren’t centered within their respective containing boxes (white bg with gray outline). Just a little css would fix this.
    2. “Number of images in the row” setting– why not allow for the row to go the full width of its container?
    3. Why isn’t there padding between the gallery and the #content div?
    .gallery_box_single {margin: 10px;}–hello?

    Lightbox display:
    4. The box for label (e.g., “Image 1 / 4”) is wider than the photo.

    Edit Gallery (admin page, post.php)
    5. Why include the Tiny MCE editor for page–esp. since you can include the gallery on a page with a shortcode)? At very least place it lower down and get rid of media upload button–confusing for people (e.g., clients). Please look here.

It would be easy enough to fix these, but you’d have to do it each time the plugin was updated.

    Hello,

    1. “The photos aren’t centered within their respective containing boxes
(white bg with gray outline). Just a little css would fix this.” – it depends on styles of a theme, on which the plugin was installed.
    2. “Number of images in the row” setting– why not allow for the row
to go the full width of its container? – Not everyone needs the full width, perhaps, someone likes columns.
    3. “Why isn’t there padding between the gallery and the #content div?” –
it depends on a theme, on which the plugin was installed.
    4. “The box for label (e.g., “Image 1 / 4″) is wider than the photo.” – Only if on some photo installed that by clicking there is a transition to another page (URL) – these images don’t come to the lightbox.
    5. “Why include the Tiny MCE editor for page–esp. since you can
include the gallery on a page with a shortcode)? At very least place
it lower down and get rid of media upload button–confusing for people
(e.g., clients). Please look here.” – you can enter to Tiny MCE editor any text or images – and they will be displayed on the gallery page (before outputting the gallery images). Also you can use the standard uploader.
    6. “It would be easy enough to fix these, but you’d have to do it each
time the plugin was updated.” – please don’t update the plugin and all changes will be saved.

    Kind regards,
