Can't Login to Admin Panel

Yesterday I made a few changes to our companies website and everything went smoothly as usual. This morning my boss asked me if I could add something that we use on one of our other sites and I said sure and went to go login to the admin panel as usual at the address http://www.dutchcrafttruss.com/wp-admin/ and the page loaded fine. I typed in “admin” and my password just as I always do and hit enter. The page timed out and then the regular website also kept timing out. Eventually it came back up and I tried entering the admin panel again and the same thing happened. It seems as if the site goes down for about 10 minutes every time I try to access the admin panel and then comes back up again. Please help, Thank You.
