Hi @kelly Donadio, I’m not sure I understand the issue. The slideshow looks fine to me, looks to be working as expected. Rolling back wouldn’t make a difference?
If the old image is not in your library there is nothing Easing Slider can do about that. That is completely unrelated to the plugin. You’ll probably need to upload that image again to the Media Library if its been deleted.
You can import your old settings in the “Settings” Easing Slider admin panel. You can also do this in the “Edit Slideshow” panel, unless you’ve dismissed the welcome panel shown initially.
Would that be “Reset Plugin” on the settings tab?
I added photos that were available in the library to the slideshow, however there was a differnt “look” to that portion of the site prior to my plugin updates. I also updated the “All in one SEO Pack” around the same time that I upgraded the easing slider.
No, definitely don’t press the “Reset Plugin” button. This will completely restore the plugin to defaults.
I’m still not sure I understand. The plugin has changed; it’s gone from v1 or v2. It’s a big update, with a new admin area for Easing Slider. It’s more powerful, and is much better coded.
If any images from before the update are missing, upload them again to WordPress and add them to the slideshow.
The plugin will only accept images from the WordPress Media Library. If you need a particular image, upload it to WordPress then insert it into the slideshow as you normally would. There aren’t any alternatives, and I’m not quite sure I understand the issue with this.
Going to mark this as resolved but feel free to follow up on this if you still need assistance 🙂
Okay, thanks. I finally found everything I needed and got it looking as it had previously.
