Need help editing the post new page.

I need to edit the “post-new” and “edit-post” pages slightly. I would like to do the following in the Publish section:

1. Remove the “save draft” and “preview” buttons.
2. Remove the “Status” and “Visibility” options.
3. Edit the “Publish Immediately” section to change the language from “Publish” to “Schedule” and always have the date appear without having to click the “Edit” link.
