Dear Sir,
After registering, the registered people not getting the passwords to their emails.

Using Twenty twelve theme.
wordpress 3.5.1

kindly help me to rectify this problem.

Do you see these registered users on the users page ?
Is “Anyone can register” option checked ?
Is the original way to register new users works fine ?
