Product variation description not loading

    When I change the description in the main text field under a variation of a product it will not load on the actual page. I am able to assign different photo for each of the variations, but the text remains the same from the main page. How do I get my variation description to publish and appear?

    First, identify what ecommerce plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.

    I really have no idea, work just stuck me with this software ans said “fix the website”. what process should I follow to identify the particular eCommerce plun-in that is installed on my version of wordpress?
