[Nice Quotes] Hyperlinking footer titles?

    I’ll be very concise and simple: I’m trying to hyperlink the word “Testimonials” on the footer of this page and link it to this URL:

    http://els.elearningcouncil.com/justification/

    As it turns out, this is a surprisingly unintuitive process and I can’t figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

    Since it is a widget, it doesn’t appear you can add a link in the title (like putting HTML code), you could modify the widget code itself, but that isn’t recommended.
