Looking for theme where you can have full page as image,
with ability to add text, pictures etc.

I’m not totally sure what you are looking for, but in general, you can set a full-page background image in almost any theme using CSS.

Perhaps if you post a link to a site as an example, it would be easier to know exactly what you want to do.
