    Hi WordPress Community –

I am seeking help with getting greater integration between WordPress and Facebook for “like”s and comments for my posts.

I currently have a WP blog as part of my Dreamhost hosted site, at http://www.intromeditation.com/Wordpress/. At the bottom of each post, I use Disqus for comments, and Sociable for my facebook “like” button.

My current system is, I publish a post to my blog, and then give myself some time to re-read it and edit it. After a couple hours or days, I post a link to the new post, along with some commentary, to my Facebook personal timeline, and to my G+ and Twitter accounts. People then come over and read the post. The biggest form of feedback I get seems to be facebook likes at the bottom of the post itself, but I also get comments in Disqus, comments and likes to my link on my Facebook timeline, comments and pluses in G+, and retweets.

What I would ideally like to see is, if someone leaves a like or comment on my facebook timeline fpr the link that I posted announcing the new WP post, that that like or comment show up inside WP also. If the process worked in the opposite direction as well (ie likes and comments delivered inside WP/Disqus/Sociable showed up under my link on my FB timeline), then that would be great. But the main direction I am looking for is, facebook to WP.

My motivation for this is, my blog is something of a business card for me, and I want it to look lively and well read. Also, I like tabulating all the likes a post receives in one place, as a form of feedback for me as to what my audience is interested in. And I don’t want to bother people each time I post a link on my timeline, “leave a like on the post itself, not on this announcement”.

I have noticed that, if someone likes one of my blog posts in WP, and then, inside FB, other people like that the first person gave the post a like, those secondary likes show up as likes inside the post on WP. As I said, I would like the same thing to occur as automatically with people liking my link posting on my timeline.

I enjoy having a bit of time between the time that I go live with a post to my blog and the time that I put a link up on my timeline. But I would be willing to do without that gap, and have the process be linked/simultaneous, if it would also help integration of likes and comments.

Any suggestions welcome. Thank you for your time.
