How To Remove the Post month & year from permalink.

    Hi this is my website Andro-Park I have been blogging here for about 4months. Now I want to remove the Post Month/year from the permalink. I know how to do that from wordpress setting..

    But the problem is after changing the permanent structure, all my previous post are giving 404 error..

    So plz.. help…….. I know some changes need to be done in .htaccess but don’t know what to change there…

    Try saving the permalink changes again and clearing your cache.

    Thanks I was trying to find out problem from past 2 months & now I found it. There is a code need to be added in .htaccess which will redirect the old permalink to new one.

    I did it using yaost website guide, there is an auto generator tool to do it.

    I thought to update this post because there are lots of wordpress user are facing this problem.
