Google Analytics in custom footer templates

    I need to add Google Analytics to http://www.omulcusobolani.ro. I have decided to place it in the site’s footer. The problem is that the homepage has a custom footer (the file is homefooter.php NOT footer.php). I have added the GA script on both footer.php homefooter.php. My question is: will the statistics be correct? If not, is there an alternative?
