Want to allow registered users to upload files directly from a page/post

    i run a site http://www.iorg.co.in
    i have around 1200 registered users and want them to upload powerpoint files directly from a page/post. something like a link to upload file [browse from your computer] [upload]. this file is then checked by me and i will then download and verify the file and convert to swf and upload on the site again.

    is there a way to do this.
