oh, there has been a misunderstanding then. the problem is, that this would require the plugin to copy the image to your server, which is a breach of the soundcloud terms. it’s probably easier if you add a function to your wordpress theme that does what you’re looking for.
about the second question: yes, ographr does work retroactively. once an old page (=unindexed) is visited, it will retrieve all necessary data, insert the meta-data and store it for future use.

no, i’m sorry. this plugin supports a web-service called livestream, but other than that it’s doesn’t stream, video chat or anything like that.
