Google Analytics on multi site

    Hello,

    I’m having a question regarding Google Analytics on a multi site. Is it possible to run from 1 theme ONLY when having approx 8 bloggers on the website when having Google Analytics statistics? Do i have to have different themes for different blogs and place a unique Google tracking code for all the bloggers?

    Theme or site?

    It’s almost easier to do it for sites by having a plugin for GA.

    Both actually, because i was not sure what to do. What plugin do you recommend? So i can just make one theme and all of them will run on it without the track code?

    If you want ONE GA account for every single site, then I’d just use an mu-plugin file and have it hook into the footer.

    If you want a separate one per site, you can grab any one of the GA plugins.
