Problem with Woo Commerce when I Validate

Hi,
Can anybody help me with this problem. I have installed Woo Commerce and when I go to Validate the pages on W3C I see these two errors that are directly related to Woo Commerce. I deactivated the plugin and they disappear. All help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the errors showing in W3C Validator.

Please note that there are 2 errors Both pertaining to the “Search Products” from what I can see.
