Changing subject line for email subscribers?

Hi, does anyone know how to change the message subject line for those receiving new blog posts via e-mail? Currently, the subject line is just the name of the blog. Ideally, the subject line would read…–> [Blog Name]: [New Post Title]

In terms of plugins, the only relevant ones (I think) that are currently active are Feedlist and FD Feedburner if that is at all helpful…

Any help would be appreciated.
